Zahir Accounting is one of the seven national representatives in the biggest information technology exhibition ,CEBIT 2004 in Hannover, Germany, 18-24 March 2004. There were 7.200 companies from 150 countries, and 600 thousand visitors.
Fadil is the creator and license holder of Zahir Accounting. While SAC is the marketing and sales support company. "" Zahir booth was visited by businessmen from various countries, especially Europe and Middle East. They expressed their interest in selling Zahir, because of its complete features, easy application, and cheap "" said Fadil.
"So far, the Netherland and Germany are serious in selling Zahir Accounting. "We have asked them to make the business plan and research. Our target was, Zahir Accounting could be marketed in Europe by the end of 2004 or beginning 2005,"" explained Fadil which was accompanied by the Director of SAC Farhad Barmen, and M. Ludfy as Commissioner.
Fadil added, that their interests due to the large number of small-medium enterprises in their countries. There are 500 thousand small-medium enterprises in Netherlands, while Germany has more. So are the other European countries.
In general, the European small –medium businesses are managed by couples, using their homes as office. Because of the high cost of resources, they do not hire employees. Therefore, they need appropriate and applicable software, with competitive price,""explained Fadil. The cheapest software for small-medium enterprises in Europe is 2.000 - 5.000 Euro. "" Thus, they did not believe when we said that Zahir Accounting price was 200-1000 Euro,"" said Farhad.
Farhad added, that he would try to increase Zahir Accounting selling in Europe. ""We expect to be the local information technology company which has global market. Moreover, European is recognized with its strict standardization. If we could gain our market in Europe, then it will be easy to market in other areas".
As Fadil stated that the software trend is aimed to small-medium enterprises, such as Oracle, Microsoft and Sap. "But their production cost is high, thus the selling product price is also high. Zahir has excellent competitive advantage,""he said.
Fadil explained that Zahir Accounting is designed for small-medium enterprises and easily applied without understanding the accounting theory. Zahir Accounting is able to display the inventory data, profit-loss, receivable – payable, and data analysis. ""This software supports the businessman to make decision, "" he said.
