Secure Transaction Security
Everytime user will edit or delete the transaction, software will require user to fill the form to explain why this transactions should be edited, unposted, or deleted, where this information will be stored for audit purpose. The user"s authority should be determined whether he/she could edit or delete transactions. This setting is in password menu.

Audit Trail Report
To prevent the possibility of transaction manipulation and make the audit easier, the new report has been added, audit trail report which informs the date and who makes, edits, and deletes the transactions.

Transaction History Report
Audit trail history report is also available, displays original transaction journal before being edited or deleted.
For example: if one transaction has been edited for three times, then the audit trail history report will display the previous three original transactions.
